1. Nature of the service
FiiPay Earn is a free-to-join affiliate earnings platform. We do not sell any product or subscription to users, and we do not charge any joining, registration, or KYC fees. Because nothing is purchased, no refunds are typically applicable.
2. Withdrawal reversals
If a UPI payout fails due to an incorrect UPI ID, beneficiary issue, or bank rejection, the amount is automatically returned to your FiiPay Earn wallet within 3 working days and can be re-withdrawn to a corrected UPI ID.
3. Task earning reversals (clawback)
If a partner brand / CPA network later marks an approved conversion as invalid (fraud, chargeback, duplicate, or policy breach), the corresponding earning may be reversed from your wallet. We will notify you by email when this happens.
4. Accidental payment to FiiPay Earn
We do not collect payments from users. If you believe you sent money to a UPI handle impersonating FiiPay Earn, email earnhelp@fiipay.in immediately with the transaction reference — we will help you raise a UPI dispute.
5. Account closure
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Any approved unwithdrawn balance ≥ ₹100 will be paid out to your verified UPI ID within 7 working days.
