This Privacy Policy explains how FiiPay Earn ("we", "us", "our") — an independent marketing affiliate platform operated from Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, India — collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information of users ("you") who register on our platform.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, mobile number, email, UPI ID, password hash.
- KYC data: PAN, Aadhaar (masked), selfie, address — only when you choose to complete KYC for withdrawals.
- Activity data: tasks viewed and completed, tracking-link clicks, referral activity, withdrawal history.
- Device data: IP address, device model, OS version, app version, approximate location (for fraud prevention).
2. How we use your information
- Create and operate your earnings account.
- Match completed tasks with partner brand / CPA network conversions.
- Process UPI payouts and tax compliance (TDS / Form 26AS where applicable).
- Detect fraud, duplicate accounts, and policy violations.
- Send transactional alerts (payouts, KYC status, task approval). We do not send marketing SMS without consent.
3. Sharing of information
We share the minimum necessary data with: (a) UPI / payment service providers to credit your withdrawals; (b) CPA / affiliate networks for conversion tracking (typically a hashed click ID, never PAN or Aadhaar); (c) law-enforcement and regulators when legally required. We never sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
Account and KYC data is retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter, in line with Indian financial record-keeping norms. You may request deletion at any time by writing to earnhelp@fiipay.in.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed. KYC documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Despite reasonable safeguards, no online system is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information from the dashboard or by emailing earnhelp@fiipay.in. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
FiiPay Earn is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
